We collect what is needed to verify you and protect you from fraud, and nothing more: your identity documents, contact details, device and session information, and your transaction records.
Your data is never sold. Scam-detection models run on transaction patterns, not on the content of your private conversations.
To verify your identity as the law requires, to operate your account, to detect fraud, and to give you the financial insight you have asked for.
Identity and transaction records are kept for as long as financial regulation in your market requires, and then deleted.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to hello@ubuntufin.com.
Data is stored in encrypted form. Identity documents are held in a private store that only you and our verification team can access.
