We hold your money, you decide where it goes, and nothing moves without your explicit approval. Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction, never after.
You must be 18 or older, or hold a parent-linked Youth account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. We will never ask for your password, PIN or one-time code by email, phone or message.
Every instruction requires your confirmation. Where an AI agent prepares a transaction it acts only as a drafting tool: no payment is released until you approve it. Approved payments are final once settled.
All fees are published on the fees page and shown on the confirmation screen before you approve. A salary advance carries a flat 5% fee on the amount drawn. It does not compound and it cannot be rolled over.
Gateway agreements are between the lender and the borrower. Ubuntu Finance operates the marketplace, applies credit scoring and records the agreement, but is not a party to the loan. Rates are capped at 20%.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, scam activity or a legal obligation requires it. We will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Where the service is marked as a sandbox or test environment, balances shown are simulated and carry no monetary value.
